3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup light or dark corn syrup
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecans
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell.

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, margarine and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

Pecan pie will not set up in a frozen crust. Refrigerated crusts will work.
