2 small ripe avocados
1 tablespoon minced red onion
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1/2 small jalapeno, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions:

Mash avocados. Add, onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, salt and lime juice. Whip until smooth.
