3 Sausage Links
2 Bell Peppers
2 Med. Onions
3-4 Fresh Tomatoes
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
2 t. Cornstarch
1/2 c Cold Water
Loaf Garlic Bread
Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Take the 3 sausage links ( 1 1/2 lbs.). Peel off the casing & cut into 1" strips. Roll into meatball shape. Brown in the bottom of Dutch Oven. Add the bell peppers that are cut into 3/4 x 3' strips. Add onion cut into 1/2" slices. Add tomatoes peeled and chopped. And Garlic, Salt and Pepper to taste. Cover and simmer. Stir & Cook until veg are tender approximate 30 min. Add 2 T of cornstarch to 1/2 c of cold water add the liquid in the pot to thicken. Serve on garlic bread & Top with mozzarella lightly browned in broiler.
