6 to 8 speckled trout filets
1/2 cup quality mayonnaise
1 /2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
5 shakes Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt over trout filets.
Combine mayo and other ingredients in small dish.
Stir together. Place trout in greased broiling
dish or pan and spread with mayo sauce.
Broil @ 4inches from heat at 350* for 15 minutes or
til brown. Do not overcook. Serve with potato and
vegetable of your choice.
