1 (6 -oz) package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 1/2 cups unsifted flour
1 cup quick cooking oats

Preheat oven to 350 (325 for glass dish). In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate morsels with sweetened condensed milk. Meanwhile in a large mixer bowl, beat butter, peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Stir in flour and oats until crumbly. Reserving 1 cup of oat mixture, press remainder onto the bottom of greased 13x9 inch pan. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over crust. Crumble remaining oat mixture over top; press down gently. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden. cool before cutting.
