oysters- 12-freshly shucked
corn -1/2-c.
s.d.tomato strips-4-tbs.
fresh spinach-chopped
chicken stock- 1-c.
pepper cheese- 1/2c. shredded
heavy cream- 1/2c.
italion breadcrumbs- 3/4-c.
parmesan cheese-3tbs.
garlic-2tsp.-minced
onions-yellow-minced-4tbs.

Directions:
Directions:
saute spinach,onions,garlic,tomatoes and corn 5-minutes.
add chick stock. simmer for 10-min. add heavy cream ,simmer 5minutes more. add cheese simmer until blended. add bread crumbs slowly
until thick but not dry. Now spoon 1 tbs of mixture
on top of each oyster, now bake on 375 for 11-minutes. pull from oven and top with melted butter and parmesan cheese.
