Directions:
Shape cookie dough into a ball in the center of a large round baking sheet or stone. Roll out dough with lightly floured rolling pin into a 12-inch circle. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min. or until edge is set, (cookie will be soft). Do not over bake. Cool for 10 min. Mix cream cheese and sugar until well blended and set aside. In another mixing bowl, stir half-and-half and pudding mix for 2 min. Let stand for 5 min. until thickened. Spread cream cheese mixture over cookie within a 1/2 in. of edge. Next, spread pudding mixture over cream cheese. Sprinkle with nuts. Cut into wedges. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Serves 16. **Tip: Drizzle warm chocolate syrup on a dessert plate. Then place a slice of dessert pizza on top. Garnish with sliced, fresh strawberries.
