1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa, flour, sugar and egg yolks with 1 c. of milk. After mixed well, add the remaining cup of milk. Put into a microwave safe container and cook in the microwave on high until mixture is thick. Stop and stir about every 2 minutes. It will take approx. 8 - 10 minutes in all depending on your microwave. When chocolate is thickened removed from microwave and add 1 tbsp. of margarine and 1 tsp. of vanilla. Pour chocolate into baked pie shell and top with meringue. Bake at 350º until meringue is brown. This makes 1 pie.
