1 can garbanzo beans, half drained of liquid
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
Freshly ground salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp. chili powder or smoked paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; blend until smooth and combined. Before serving, drizzle additional olive oil over the top and sprinkle with more chili powder or paprika.

Makes about one cup.
