2 T. Butter
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 T. all purpose flour
1 c. fat free half and half
2 t. minced garlic
1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
2/4 c. coarsely chopped fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium high heat and stir in salt and pepper. Add chicken, turning once, for 8 - 12 minutes or until juices run clear. Remove from skillet and set aside. Reduce heat to medium and stir in flour. Add half and half and garlic, stirring constantly for 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Stir in tomatoes and basil. Return chicken to pan. Cook 4-5 minutes, or until heated through.
