1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 15.5-oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 12-oz. container creamed cottage cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
1 4-oz. box large lasagna noodles
12 oz. of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Cook meat with onions, salt, garlic powder. Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer 15 minutes; stir occasionally.

Heat oven to 350. Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes.

In ungreased 11 x 7 baking pan layer 1/2 each noodles, sauce, mozzarella and cottage cheese mixture; repeat.

Cover and bake 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
