1 head of cauliflower
1pkg. Philadelphia lowfat cream cheese
1 clove garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cauliflower about 1 hour on med./ low heat until soft. Mash cauliflower in a large bowl, remove core. Add cream cheese and garlic and mash until smooth. Serve warm with butter, salt and pepper. Looks and tastes like mashed potatoes (almost)!
