1/2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons dry instant milk
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup raw wheat germ
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds
6 cups rolled oats, not quick cooking
1 cup whole bran
1/8 cup flax seed
1 cup raisins
1 cup honey
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Heat first 11 ingredients on low in a large pan. Add final 4 ingredients. Place in shallow pan and toast at 225 for 1 1/2 hours, or until golden. It gets crisp as it cools. Do not leave on tray very long. Store in airtight container.
