Ingredients:  
Double unbaked pie crust
Sliced, fresh apples
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup Karo syrup

Topping:
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons Karo syrup
2 tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
Fill unbaked pie crust with apples. Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, brown sugar, 3 tablespoons butter and syrup. Pour over apples. Top with crust and bake 45 minutes at 425º.

Mix topping ingredients. Remove pie from oven. Spread topping over cooked pie. Return to oven and cook until topping bubbles.
