8-10 potatoes Half & Half 1 cube butter Salt & Pepper to taste
Peel & quarter Potatoes Boil until tender in salted water Drain & mash potatoes add half n half until creamy with at least 1/2 cube of soft butter. Add enough salt and pepper to taste. Add some sliced butter on top of mashed potatoes. Again its all in the butter!
