12 c. spinach - torn into bite size pieces
2 c. strawberries - sliced
2/3 c. green onion - chopped
2 cans (11oz) mandarin orange slices - drained
1/4 c. pine nuts

Orange Honey Dressing:

1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. honey
2 T. vegetable oil
2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Shake ingredients in tightly covered container.

Toss dressing and salad ingredients together.

Makes 12 servings.
