1-2 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
16 saltine crackers, finely crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni and drain. In a 9x13 pan divide into 2 or 3 layers: macaroni, crackers and cheese . Mix eggs and milk and pour over all, Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, top with cheese and bake another 5-10 minutes until melted.
