1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 onion finley chopped
Frozen peas, carrots, corn (as much as you like!)
XOXO bag of gravy mix from costco (add to beef to taste)
6 potatoes (mashed)

375 for 30 mins

Add the gravy powder to the cooked beef and onion by taste. I usually use about a cup. You may need to add water if it looks to thick. More sauce is better =)
