1 Ready made Pie crust
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1/2 onion chopped
Salt & pepper
5 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Press crust in pie pan and prick dough with fork to prevent puffing. Bake pie shell in pre-heated 300 degree oven for 5 minutes.
Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper to taste. spoon meat mixture in pie crust top with sliced tomatoes. Mix mayo, Parmesan cheese and garlic and pour over tomatoes. Return to oven and bake for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
