whole loaf fresh sourdough
thick sliced bacon
green leaf lettuce
sliced avocado
tomato, sliced
chipotle mayo, see recipe in misc.
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and drain on paper towel lined plate. Wash lettuce and drain. Slice sour dough to desired thickness and toast if desired. Spread mayo on bread and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Top bread with bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado, slice in half and munja.
