1 whole loaf fresh sourdough, not pre-sliced
Boar's Head oven roasted turkey breast, sliced
Boar's Head provolone cheese, or other, sliced
avocado, sliced
green leaf lettuce, washed and drained
tomato, sliced
sliced Claussen pickles
mayo, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 2 slices of sour dough, to desired thickness (the thicker the better). Spread a heavy amount of mayo on sliced bread, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay down pickles, sliced turkey, avocado, cheese, lettuce and tomato; top with second slice of bread. Slice sandwich in half and serve. Try and get the freshest sourdough possible, the fresher the better.
