2/3 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup plain flour
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all batter ingredients. Mix all filling ingredients. Pour batter into greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Turn onto a clean kitchen towel, roll up and refrigerate. After 1 hour, unroll and spread with filling, roll up again and refrigerate. When ready to serve slice in 3/4 to 1 inch slices.
