4 medium baking Potatoes

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 Wash your potatoes well and wrap in foil. Stab with a fork 20 or so times all over. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. To tell if ther done grasp the ends of the potato with your thumb and forefinger and squeeze. If it gives pretty easy it's done. Top with sour cream, butter, bacon bits, chives, and whatever else you might like.
