1 jar of your favorite store-bought pasta sauce
1 clove of garlic minced
1 t. dry basil
1/2 t. dry thyme
1/2 lb. of hot Italian sausage
1/3 c of dry red wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium frying pan, brown the sausage and break up into small pieces. Drain the sausage and deglaze the pan with the red wine. Put the pasta sauce, sausage, deglazing liquid, basil, and thyme in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and serve.
