½ lb bacon, cooked crisp then crumbled
4 Tablespoons margarine
2 cups cubed firm texture bread
1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 cup milk
4 tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
• Melt butter in 1 qt casserole dish. Add bread cubes, sprinkle with cheese and toss well.
• In small bowl beat the eggs with milk, mustard and salt. Pour mixture over bread and cheese mixture. Sprinkle with bacon.
• Bake at 425 for about 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
