lb bacon, cooked crisp then crumbled
4 Tablespoons margarine
2 cups cubed firm texture bread
1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 cup milk
4 tsp dry mustard
tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 1 qt casserole dish. Add bread cubes, sprinkle with cheese and toss well.
In small bowl beat the eggs with milk, mustard and salt. Pour mixture over bread and cheese mixture. Sprinkle with bacon.
Bake at 425 for about 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
