1 lb uncooked elbow macaroni
2 lb ground beef
1 med onion; chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz) pkg. Feta cheese
2 (8 oz) cans diced tomatoes
2 tsp ground cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste

3 cups milk
3 tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup butter

Directions:

• Preheat the oven to 350
• Cook noodles as directed.
• Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet over med heat until browned. Drain grease. Stir in tomatoes, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese and cinnamon. Mix in pasta and transfer to a large Lasagna baking dish.
• In a sauce pan over med. Heat, mix together the milk and cornstarch until no lumps remain. Add butter and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute and remove from heat. Pour sauce over mixture in baking dish.
• Bake for 1 hour until top is golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
