4 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup mochiko (sweet rice flour)
2 T flour
2 stalks green onion, chopped
2 eggs
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, mochiko, flour, green onion, eggs, garlic and salt together & put in ziploc bag with chicken thighs-marinate at least 6 hours or overnight.
In non stick skillet coated with Pam, fry chicken thighs 30 minutes, turning often.
If taking chicken to another event, place cooked meat in pan & cover with foil, reheat later.
Serve with rice.
