Cooking spray 4 eggs
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour plus more for pan
1 lb. Light brown sugar 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Vanilla 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Spritz 13x9 pan with spray, and dust with flour. Beat eggs with whish in a medium bowl. Pour eggs into top of double boiler. Stir in sugar until mixture is smooth. Cook over simmering water for 20 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 240 on candy thermometer. Remove from heat; cool for 5 minutes. Sift together flour and baking powder. Stir into mixture. Add vanilla and pecans; stir until combined (batter will be thin), and pour into pan. Bake 12 minutes, until crisp and set. Cool completely in pan before into tiny squares; refrigerate in an airtight tin.
