2 boxes Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
3 large eggs
2 sticks Margarine
1 cup water
1 Box raisins

Filling
6 Tbs. flour (or corn starch)
2 cups milk
2 cups sugar
3 sticks Margarine
1 Tbs. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Make filling first-Cook flour with 2 cups milk until mixture looks like paste (stirring constantly)Let chill until cool-Cream sugar with margarine. Add vanilla beat with mixer Add mixture of flour & milk to this mix thoroughly. Keep in refrigerator until ready to stack cookies-this makes enough for 2 batches of cookies. Store in refrigerantor in covered bowl.

Preheat oven 350
Cookies-mix all the ingredients well. Put only 8 cookies on each cookie sheet make each one the size of a tablespoon giving plenty of room to bake. When they are done place on rack to cool When cookies are cool put filling between 2 cookies. Wrap & refrigerate.
