1 can condensed consommé*
1 c diced chicken or 1 can tuna
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/4 c diced pimento
1/2 c finely cut celery
2 c uncooked spaghetti broken into small pieces
1/2 t paprika
1 c grated cheese
3/4 c sliced ripe olives (optional)

Combine consommé with enough water to make 3 c liquid and simmer together everything but cheese and olives for 30 mins. (*Why not use regular consommé instead of condensed?--editor.)
Add 1/2 cheese and let melt. Just before service, can add 3/4 c sliced ripe olives and garnish with extra 1/2 c cheese.
