1/2 cup nonfat mayo
3 T. sugar
3 T. cider vinegar
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 med. red onion, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup golden raisins
1/4 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the mayo, sugar and vinegar in bowl and mix well. Chill, covered, overnight. Combine the broccoli, mandarin oranges, onion, sunflower sees and raisins in a large serving bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving. Sprinkle bacon and cheese over the top and toss to mix.
