1 to 2 pieces of round steak for person
flour
salt
pepper
milk for gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Pound both sides of round steaks and dredge in flour salt, and pepper. Fry in shortening until done, remove from skillet. Add flour mixture (about 1/2 cup to shortening to make a paste, with skillet hot slowly add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve immediately.
