1 to 2 pieces round steak for person
flour
salt
pepper
barbecue sauce, I prefer homemade but brought is fine
Directions:
Directions:
Pound round steak on both side and trim gristle. Dredge in flour, salt and pepper. I put flour, salt, and pepper into a gallon plastic bag an shake. Then place one piece of round steak and shake until all are coated. Fry in a small amount of shortening until brown on both sides, then cover with barbecue sauce and simmer with the lid on for about 20 minutes.
