3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. powder sugar
8 oz. cream cheese (1/3 fat free)
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. Toffee bits

Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together until smooth. Then add toffee bits. Mix well and refrigerate. Serve with apples. (Tastes better with green apples).
