1 large can peaches in heavy syrup
2 c. sugar
1 stick or butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
1 package Pillsbury - brand dough crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Heat all items together, allowing butter to melt, just under a boil. Using a lasagna-type pan, place bottom pie crust in pan. Crust will not fit evenly, but will spread with baking. Pour peach mixture in pan. Cut second crust into strips and place on top of peach mixture. Bake in oven for 30-40 minute or until crust is slightly brown and mixture is thickened and bubbly through crust. Serve warm or cool.
