Two 8 oz. Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 package dry ranch dressing
1 c. each finely chopped cauliflower, broccoli, red / yellow / green pepper, red / green / yellow onion, and carrots
2 cans crescent rolls or 1 can pizza dough

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly spray/grease jellyroll pan or large cookie sheet. Spread dough evenly on baking sheet, pinching seams together if needed. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden and allow to cool. Mix cream cheese, mayo, and ranch dressing together. Spread cream cheese mixture on crust, sprinkle evenly with veggies. Cut into 2" pieces and serve.

Be sure to chop veggies very small or it's too messy to eat. For added color if using green pepper, you can also add finely chopped tomatoes, but be sure to use the "meat" of the tomato. Do not use the juicy, pulpy middle.
