2 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt
2 slices 15-grain bread

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
Soak bread slices in batter 10-15 seconds on each side, or until thoroughly coated. Cook until both sides are lightly browned and crisp.
