Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Crust Ingredients:
1 c. water (hot from tap)
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 T. olive oil
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. corn meal

Pizza toppings:
Newman's Own Marinara
pepperoni
ground beef
onions
bell pepper
black olives
jalapenos
mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl before the corn meal and flour. Mix in the corn meal until consistent mix then start adding the flour until you can no longer mix it with a spoon (continue adding flour until you get a dough mixture). Dump the dough on the counter and kneed. You want it sticky but not too sticky. (use olive oil on hands to prevent sticking)
Grease large bowl with olive oil and place dough in bowl & then turn dough on other side so both sides are oiled. Cover dough with damp cloth. Place the bowl in the warm oven (100º if not previously on). Let rise for 2-3 hours.
Grease the pizza pans with Crisco and spread the dough evenly. Take a fork an poke the dough to prevent any air bubbles from forming when cooking. Preheat the oven to 425-475º. Bake crust until lightly brown. Flip the crust prior to adding the toppings.

Spread pizza sauce on top of crust. Add desired toppings and end with cheese. Bake until cheese melts.

Personal Notes:
This was a Sunday dinner classic at the Collins' house since Kevin can remember. The crust recipe is actually Patrick Collins (one of the brothers) version. The Collins' had pizza on Sunday and hamburgers on Saturdays.
