1/2 c. Chopped Onion
1/4 c. barbecue sauce, divided
2 T. dry breadcrumbs
2 T. prepared mustard
3/4 t. chili powder
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. salt
1 lb. ground turkey
Cooking Spray
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Hamburger buns
Cheese slices (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine onion, 2 T. barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs and the next 5 ingredients (through turkey) in a medium bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each portion into a 1 1/2 inch thick patty.

2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Place patties in pan, cook 7 minutes on each side or until done.

3. Serve on bun with lettuce, tomato slice and 1 1/2 t. barbecue sauce.
