4 chicken breast split 2 c cheddar cheese 4 broccoli spears Bread crumbs Paprika salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350º Stuff each chicken breast with 1/4c cheese and one broccoli spear. Place in baking dish. Season with salt/pepper, sprinkle w bread crumbs and paprika. Cover with remaining 1 c cheese and bake for 30-35 mins (until chicken is cooked). Serve with rice.
