Boston pork butt
Montreal steak seasoning
Apple juice
Brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Coat meat with steak seasoning. Place in roaster at 275º. Pour 2 inches of apple juice in bottom of pan, cover top of meat with brown sugar (1/2 inch coating). Cook for 4-5 hours or until meat pulls apart with fork. Let meat rest then pull apart (remove any fat). Add BBQ sauce as needed.
