1 package yellow rice, cooked
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
1/3 cup oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt (Accent)
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup shrimp, boiled & shelled
1 tomato, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/3 cup celery, chopped
1 tablespoon pimento, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, vinegar, oil, salt, mustard & seasoning salt.

Cool to room temperature. Add remaining ingredients. Toss lightly & chill.
