1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups cottage cheese
1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp. honey
1/4 cup chocolate fudge topping
3 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and halved
Directions:
Directions:
Process cottage cheese, vanilla and honey in a food processor 1-2 minutes or until very smooth. Serve sauce over strawberries and drizzle with topping.
