1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 lb. Longhorn Cheese
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 c. Pecans
Paprika or Chili Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients through fine blade of food grinder. Form blended Cheese mixture into long logs about 2" in diameter. Roll each log in Paprika or Chili Powder. Seal each log in plastic wrap. To serve slice across each log into portions.

Jan: Aunt Boots always had these ready for company at the Holidays. If you like Cheese and Garlic, you will love this recipe! Pecans are generally used, but any nut will do such as Walnuts, Cashews, Macadamias, etc.
