Flank Steak
Soy sauce
Roasted sesame seeds
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sesame oil
Scallions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix enough soy sauce Marinate for two days, turning occasionally.

Grill over hot coals for 4 minutes to a side (medium rare.) Slice thinly across the grain. Sprinkle with more roasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve with rice and Asian Cucumber Salad.
