1 pkg yellow cake mix 1 pkg jello instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs 1/2 c oil 3 c yellow squash, zucchini, or carrots grated 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 c chopped nuts
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed of mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not under bake. If pudding is included in cake mix, use 2/3 cup flour and 1/4 cup water/
