1 lb macaroni
8 eggs
4 cups milk
1 lg can evaporated milk
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
1 stick butter
salt and white pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni until tender in salted boiling water. Drain. Add salt, pepper, butter and 3 cups of cheese. Mix well. Beat eggs and add milk. Pour this mixture over macaroni mixture. Pour into large baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375º until brown- about 40 minutes.
