Ingredients:  
2 ribs celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
8 oz clam juice
2 cups water
t tsp chicken bouillon
2 carrots, diced
3 potatoes, diced
1 cup white wine
dash tabasco
1 1/2 cup canned tomatoes
1 lb flounder, cut in pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter and olive oil.
add 2 Tbsp flour, cook and stir 3 minutes.
Whisk in clam juice and water.
Add bouillon, carrots, and potatoes.
Cook until vegetables are tender
Add 1 cup wine, tabasco and tomatoes.
Cook 5 minutes
Add flounder and simmer 3 minutes.
Enjoy!
