Ingredients:  
1 can corn with juice
1 can tomatoes
1 can mixed vegetables (can use frozen)
1 ham hock or piece of ham
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add flour. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in water.
Add corn, tomatoes, vegetables and ham.
Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer 20 minutes and enjoy!
