1 lb.Ground Beef
1 chopped medium onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 egg
1/2 C. breadcrumbs
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the first 5 ingredients together until blended well. Spray your meatloaf pan with Pam and preheat the oven to 350. Place the mixture into the pan, forming into a meatloaf shape with your hands. Pour ketchup all liberally over the whole meat loaf. Bake for 1 to 1/2 hrs. covered with foil.
